• 12 oz Eden Kamut & Quinoa Twisted Pair
or any Eden Pasta
Dulse Pesto
• 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 cups fresh basil, coarsely chopped
• 2 cups fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
• 1/2 cup pine nuts (pignolia), lightly dry pan toasted
• 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
or 2 Tablespoons Eden Shiro Miso
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 4 Tbsp Eden Whole Leaf Dulse, soaked 3 min., coarsely chopped
Cook pasta per package directions. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the pesto by placing all remaining ingredients, except the dulse, in a blender and pulse until creamy. Place the pesto in a serving bowl and gently mix in the chopped dulse. When the pasta is done, rinse, drain and place in individual serving dishes. Serve with 3 to 4 tablespoons of dulse pesto on top.
