• 6 Tbsp EDEN Roasted Sesame Tahini
• 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 clove garlic, pressed
• 2 Tbsp finely grated onion
• 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
• 1 Tbsp finely minced fresh parsley
• 1/2 cup cold water
Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse several seconds to blend. Place in a glass jar, cap and refrigerate. Will keep several days. Use on salads, falaffel, pita pocket sandwiches, etc.
