• 3 cups mixed baby salad greens
• 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced into rounds
• 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
• 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata or black olives
• 1/2 cup Eden Whole Leaf Dulse, soaked 3 min. and coarsely chopped
• 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/4 cup Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
• 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Place all salad greens, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, olives, and dulse in a salad bowl. Mix the oil, vinegar and lemon juice together and spoon over the salad. Toss to mix.
