• 1/2 cup water
• 1 tsp scallions, finely chopped
• 1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 2 tsp Eden Mirin, or to taste
• 1 tsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Serve over salads, cooked Eden Pasta or steamed vegetables.
