• 15 ounces Eden Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
• 15 ounces Eden Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained
• 15 ounces Eden Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
• 1/3 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/4 cup Eden Red Wine Vinegar
• 2 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
• 1/3 cup red onion, minced
• 1 clove garlic, pressed
• 3/4 cup celery with leaves, chopped small
• 1/2 cup red bell pepper, seeded, finely chopped
• 3 Tbsp fresh basil, minced
• 1/2 tsp Eden Dried Oregano
• 2 tsp organic maple syrup
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cover and marinate overnight, or at least 8 hours, stirring occasionally to evenly marinate. Drain and serve.
