• 12 oz Eden Kamut & Buckwheat Rigatoni
or any Eden Pasta
• 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 cup diced onion
• 1 cup Eden Maitake Mushrooms, soaked 10 min. in warm water to cover
• 1 cup button mushrooms, quartered
or any fresh mushrooms
• 25 ounces Eden Spaghetti Sauce
• 1 1/2 cups organic diced tomatoes, do not drain
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce, or to taste
• 1 tsp Eden Dried Basil
• 1/4 tsp Eden Dried Oregano, optional
Heat oil in a medium saucepan and sauté the onions for 1 to 2 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except the pasta. Cover, reduce the flame to low and simmer for 30 minutes until the sauce is thick. When the sauce is almost done, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta. Place the pasta in serving dishes and ladle sauce over.
