Eden Organic Mixed Grain Spirals are a medley of three flavors and colors: whole rye spirals, whole kamut spirals, and semolina spirals.

Eden Organic Kamut Vegetable Spirals are 100% whole grain Kamut - a high protein, ancient grain. It is a mix of four rich colors: burgundy (beet), green (spinach), orange (carrot), and golden (kamut). Eden Whole Grain Pastas are high protein, high fiber, a good source of iron, magnesium, and zinc, and a whole spectrum of nutrients balanced by Nature.

Each batch of Eden Organic Pasta is crafted at the Eden Organic Pasta Company, a Detroit landmark employing traditional pasta making techniques and vintage Italian equipment since 1923. To make spirals, freshly ground grain and pure water are kneaded into dough, extruded through artisan brass dies, and slowly, steam/air dried - the only way to achieve an ideal al dente texture.
