Place juice, vinegar, honey, agar flakes, lemon juice and sea salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir to mix and bring to almost to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 7 to 10 minutes until agar flakes have completely dissolved. When agar flakes have dissolved, remove from heat. Spoon liquid into mold of choice and allow to cool slightly. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until gelled. Carefully remove gummies and store in a tightly sealed container for up to one week.
