A golden color, mildly sweet liquid seasoning used to balance the salty flavors of soy sauce or miso in Japanese and other Asian cuisine. The highest quality mirin, referred to as 'Ajino-haha' in Japan. Made only with Lundberg™ Family Farm organic brown rice, rice koji (Aspergillus oryzae), pure water and sea salt. Naturally and traditionally fermented in cedar kegs.
