The heartiest most concentrated of all miso with thick texture, rich flavor, and deep color. Made from organic soybeans, water, sea salt, organic roasted barley, and koji aged up to three years in the traditional manner. Digestive enzymes, protective soy isoflavones, and fatty acids found in miso contribute to good health. Low fat, wheat free, non gluten, and kosher. Now in a new double bag, standing pouch that's more convenient and resealable.
