A spreadable fruit butter of 100% Concord grapes from a 20 year organic family vineyard on the shore of New York's Keuka Finger Lake. Whole grapes are cooked into a purée and then the seeds are removed before slow kettle simmering to a 45 Brix grape butter. Only slowly cooked, pure, whole, seeded fruit is in each 8 ounce glass jar. Deep purple color, sweet flavor, and ambrosial aroma. Natural tartrate crystallization in Concord grape butter can occur. These soft 'cream of tartar' crystals that may occur are unnoticeable when the grape butter is eaten on toast, muffins, scones, pancakes, etc.
