Delicate, crispy light krinkles of toasted nori sea vegetable. Nori is cultivated, growing on a patchwork of nets suspended in the pristine, environmentally protected Ise (ee-say) Bay in Japan. The finest, premium grade nori, dried to crispy perfection using a unique system of hot air, steam drying. Delicious eaten right out of the bag. A tasty addition to miso soup, on cooked grains and noodles with broth, in sushi and on salads. Very low sodium, fat and cholesterol free, and a good source of vitamin C.
