Aduki Beans with Winter Squash

15 ounces Eden Aduki Beans, 1 can, do not drain
1 cup buttercup squash, remove seeds and cube, do not peel
or butternut squash
1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
Place all ingredients in a saucepan, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to medium-low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the squash is tender. Uncover and cook on high until most of the liquid has evaporated.
