Aduki Beans with Winter Squash

Serves 3 | Prep Time 0:05 | Cook Time 0:20

Ingredients

15 ounces Eden Organic Aduki Beans, 1 can, do not drain
1 cup buttercup squash, remove seeds and cube, do not peel
    or butternut squash
1 pinch Eden Sea Salt

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a saucepan, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to medium-low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the squash is tender. Extra water can be added during cooking, if necessary.
