Quick & Easy Bean Salad

Ingredients

15 ounces Eden Organic Garbanzo Beans, drained
or any Eden Organic Unseasoned Bean or combination of

1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup Eden Red Wine Vinegar
Eden Organic Brown Rice Vinegar or Eden Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce

2 tsp Eden Organic Barley Malt Syrup

2 tsp organic maple syrup

1/2 cup finely chopped green onions

1 clove garlic, pressed

1 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp dried oregano

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well. The salad can be served room temperature or refrigerated and marinated for 1 to 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
