Asian Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Eden Ume Plum Vinegar, or to taste
1 Tablespoon Eden Organic Brown Rice Vinegar, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon Eden Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon organic maple syrup
1/4 cup water
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup minced onion, or shallots
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until creamy. Pour over fresh salad, bean and vegetable or pasta salad. To store refrigerate in a sealed glass jar.
