Cook beans per package directions. When done, drain and reserve 1/2 cup bean cooking liquid. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until creamy. Place in a dish and serve with warm pita bread, Eden Brown Rice Chips, sliced cucumbers, or with raw or steamed celery and carrot sticks.
