Kamut Pasta & White Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Eden Kamut Ditalini
    Eden Kamut Spirals or Eden Kamut Vegetable Spirals
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into thin strips
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp freshly minced parsley
  • 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, or to taste
  • 3 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste
  • 30 ounces Eden Navy Beans, 2 cans, drained
    Eden Great Northern Beans or Eden Cannellini Beans

Directions

Cook pasta per package directions, drain and rinse. While the pasta is cooking mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. When pasta is done, place in the bowl and toss. Serve as is or chilled.
