Kamut Pasta & White Bean Salad

Kamut Pasta & White Bean Salad


12 ounces Eden Organic Kamut Ditalini
Eden Organic Kamut Spirals or Eden Organic Kamut Vegetable Spirals

1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into thin strips

3 cloves garlic, pressed

2 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried oregano

2 tsp freshly minced parsley

3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, or to taste

3 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste

30 ounces Eden Organic Navy Beans, 2 cans, drained
Eden Organic Great Northern Beans or Eden Organic Cannellini Beans

Cook pasta per package directions, drain and rinse. While the pasta is cooking mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. When pasta is done, place in the bowl and toss. Serve as is or chilled.
