Tofu Sour Cream

Tofu Sour Cream

Ingredients

1 pound organic extra firm tofu, rinsed

2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 Tbsp Eden Organic Brown Rice Vinegar

2 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar

1/3 cup fresh chives, finely chopped

1/3 cup fresh dill, finely chopped

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth and creamy. Place into a serving bowl. Use for dipping vegetable crudités (raw or quickly blanched vegetables) into or any Eden Brown Rice Chips or Eden Brown Rice Crackers.
