Combine Edensoy and water, and slowly add, stirring constantly with a whisk until sauce thickens, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add salt and pureed miso, stir and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add parsley, mix and serve over any Eden Pasta or vegetables.
