Creamy White Sauce

Serves 8 | Prep Time 10 minutes | Cook Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 cloves garlic, pressed

3 Tbsp organic unbleached white flour

2 cups Edensoy Unsweetened

1 cup cold water

1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt

3 Tbsp Eden Organic Shiro Miso, pureed in 1 T. water

1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Heat oil in a skillet; add garlic and sauté 1 minute. Add flour, stir constantly for 1 minute. Reduce flame to low. Combine Edensoy and water, and slowly add, stirring constantly with a whisk until sauce thickens, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add salt and pureed miso, stir and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add parsley, mix and serve over any Eden Pasta or vegetables.
