Cranberry Walnut Scones

Preheat the oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment. In a large bowl, mix the first eleven ingredients. In a measuring cup, mix the Edensoy, vinegar, maple syrup, oil and apple sauce and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry, just until moistened, forming a dough. Turn the dough out onto a floured board. Dust hands with flour and roll or pat dough into a flat disk about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 8 or more triangular wedges and transfer to the baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes. Serve warm with Eden Organic Apple Butter, Apple Cherry Butter, Cherry Butter and any Eden Organic Tea.
