Spaghetti with Olive Oil and Herbs

Cook Time 15 minutes
In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta, reserving 1 cup pasta cooking water. Return pasta to pot. Stir in olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Add some of the reserved pasta cooking water to adjust consistency, if needed. Serve.
