Cook pasta as package directs, drain and set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini , carrot, artichokes and sea salt. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add water, cover and steam 2 minutes. Turn off flame, add pepper, pasta and basil. Toss thoroughly and serve.
