Cook pasta as package directs. Rinse, drain and set aside. To make the sauce, heat the oil in a medium skillet and sauté the onions, garlic and peppers for 1 to 2 minute. Combine flour, vegetable stock or water, and Edensoy. Whisk to dissolve the flour. Slowly add the Edensoy mixture to the skillet, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add the basil, mirin, salt and pepper. Simmer 12 to 3 minute. Turn off heat, add avocados and gently toss in the pasta. Garnish with parsley and serve.
