Cook pasta as package directs and drain. Toast nuts in a dry skillet until golden. Grind nuts in a blender. Add olive oil, garlic, miso, water and blend until smooth. Add basil and parsley, if using. Blend until creamy. Pour pesto over hot pasta, mix and serve.
