Preheat oven to 400°. On a baking sheet, combine olive oil, tomatoes, beans, onion, garlic, pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Toss to evenly coat. Bake until softened, about 30 to 40 minutes, tossing halfway through. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, return to the pot. Toss with the baked tomato mixture, season with more salt and pepper if desired. Place in bowls and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and parsley.
