Directions
Place the water in a saucepan. Add agar agar flakes and let soak for 20 minutes. A the sea salt and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce the flame to low and simmer for 5 minutes until the flakes dissolve. Turn the flame off. Place the tea bag in the pot and steep 2 minutes. Remove the tea bag and discard. Pour the hot liquid into a small, square, shallow dish. Set aside or refrigerate until gelled. When gelled, cut into 1 inch cubes. Place the fruit in a serving bowl and mix. Gently toss in the gelled green tea cubes and serve.
