Buckwheat and Sauerkraut

Directions
Sauté onion for 2 to 3 minutes. Add buckwheat and sauté 3 minutes. Add water, sauerkraut and shoyu. Cover, simmer on low flame for 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
