Chili - Rice & Bean

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup onions, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup organic sweet corn, fresh or frozen
30 ounces Eden Organic Chili Beans (seasoned dark red kidney), 2 cans
15 ounces Eden Organic Pinto Beans, 1 can
28 ounces Eden Organic Whole Tomatoes w/Basil, 1 can, do not drain
15 ounces Eden Organic Rice & Kidney Beans
1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste

Directions
Heat oil in a medium soup pot and sauté the garlic and onions for 2 to 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve.
