Vegan Mayonnaise

Ingredients

1/2 cup Edensoy Unsweetened

1/2 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 cup Eden Organic Safflower Oil

1/2 tsp Eden Organic Yellow Mustard

2 Tbsp Eden Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

1 1/2 Tbsp organic maple syrup

1 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt

1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

2 dashes hot sauce

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place the Edensoy in a blender. Combine the two oils in a measuring cup. Turn the blender on blend. With the blender running, very slowly add the oil, a couple tablespoons at a time until all the oil has been absorbed and the mixture is thick and creamy. Place in a small mixing bowl and whisk in all remaining ingredients. Place in a tightly sealed glass jar or container and refrigerate. Will keep for about one week in the refrigerator.
