Miso Soup - Instant One Cup

Serves 1 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 2 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup water

1 1/2 tsp Eden Organic Genmai Miso, or to taste
or any Eden Organic Miso

2 tsp water, for dissolving miso

1/2 tsp Eden Wakame Flakes

1 Tbsp scallions, finely chopped

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place water and wakame in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to low. Puree the miso with 2 teaspoons water. Add the miso and scallions. Simmer 2 minutes and serve.
