Cook noodles as package directs until when just short of tender, about 5 minutes. Cut the snow peas in thirds along the length. When the noodles are just about done, toss in the snow peas and blanch for 20 seconds. Drain the noodles and snow peas. Place in a serving bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients.
