Ribbon Pasta with Sunflower Seed Pesto

Ribbon Pasta with Sunflower Seed Pesto

Ingredients

16 ounces Eden Organic Spelt Ribbons, 2 packages
or any Eden Ribbon Pasta

Sunflower Seed Pesto

1/2 cup organic sunflower seeds, lightly dry pan roasted

1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 cloves garlic, chopped

4 cups fresh basil, loosely packed, chopped
or half fresh basil and half fresh parsley

1/2 cup water

1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Organic Shiro Miso

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Cook pasta as package directs, rinse and drain for cold pasta or simply drain for warm pasta. Place all ingredients for the pesto sauce in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Mix together with the cooked pasta and serve.
