Pasta Presto

Serves 4 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 10 minutes

Pasta Presto


8 ounces Eden Wheat & Rice Udon, 1 package
or any Eden Udon

2 tsp Eden Wakame Flakes

1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce

1/4 cup scallions, finely chopped


Cook the udon in boiling water for 4 minutes. Add the wakame flakes and continue cooking at a rolling boil until the udon is tender but still chewy, about 4 to 5 more minutes. Drain. Toss with olive oil and shoyu to taste. Garnish with chopped scallions.
