Mix the cooked brown rice, flour, cornmeal, sea salt and baking powder together. Combine wet ingredients and whisk in with the dry. Lightly oil a cast iron skillet or pancake griddle, and ladle batter to form a circle. Cook until browned on the underside. Flip the pancake over and brown the other side. Place the pancake on a serving platter. Repeat the above steps until all batter has been used. Serve with pure maple syrup, Eden Organic Apple Butter, Eden Organic Cherry Butter, Eden Organic Apple Cherry Butter, Eden Organic Apple Cherry Sauce, Eden Organic Apple Sauce, Eden Organic Apple Strawberry Sauce, Eden Apple or Tart Cherry Concentrate syrups.
