Onion Wakame Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 cups onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 pieces Eden Wakame, soaked 5 minutes in cold water to cover, chopped, discard soaking water
  • 2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce, or to taste
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 5 Tbsp organic roasted tahini (sesame butter)
  • 2 cups water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix shoyu, tahini and water together. Place the onions, wakame and carrots in a mixing bowl. Pour tahini mixture over and mix thoroughly. Place in a small casserole dish. Cover casserole dish and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until onions are tender.
