Pasta White Bean Salad

Cook Time 10 minutes
Cook pasta as package directs, al dente, drain, and cool. While pasta is cooking, blanch the pea pods in 3 cups boiling water for 1 minute. Remove, rinse quickly under cold water, and drain. Mix pasta, beans, vegetables, and garlic. Add toasted sesame oil and ume plum vinegar to the salad, mix and serve.
