Curried Cabbage & Arame

Serves 4 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 15 minutes

Curried Cabbage & Arame

Ingredients

1 cup Eden Arame, 1/2 package, rinsed

2 tsp Eden Organic Sesame Oil
or Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 cups cabbage, finely shredded

1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp curry powder

1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Soak arame in 1 cup cold water for 5 minutes. Drain and save water. Remove arame and chop. Sauté arame in heated oil for 3 to 5 minutes. Add cabbage, soaking water and shoyu. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add curry, mix and cover. Cook for 5 minutes, toss in parsley and serve.
