Cream of Tomato Jalapeno Bean Soup

Ingredients
14 1/2 ounces Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilies, do not drain
14 1/2 ounces Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes, do not drain
1 cup Eden Organic Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans, do not drain Eden Organic Navy Beans, or Eden Organic Great Northern Beans
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup Edensoy Unsweetened Edensoy Original, or Edensoy Extra Original
1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
2 Tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped scallions, or fresh parsley

Directions
Place beans, tomatoes and garlic in a blender and blend until creamy. Place in a medium saucepan, add sea salt, pepper and Edensoy. Place over a medium flame, stirring frequently and bring almost to a boil. Reduce the flame to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve and garnish with chives.
