Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover, cooked organic short grain brown rice
  • 6 thin slices Eden Pickled Daikon Radish, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp red onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp celery, minced
  • 1 Tbsp carrots, coarsely grated
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar

Directions

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and place in a serving bowl.
