Brown Rice Salad

Brown Rice Salad

Ingredients

2 cups leftover, cooked organic short grain brown rice

6 thin slices Eden Pickled Daikon Radish, finely chopped

2 Tbsp red onion, minced

1 Tbsp celery, minced

1 Tbsp carrots, coarsely grated

2 tsp fresh parsley, minced

1 Tbsp Eden Organic Brown Rice Vinegar

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and place in a serving bowl.
