Cook pasta according to directions, rinse, drain and set aside. Heat oil in a soup pot, sauté onions and garlic until onions are translucent. Add potato, celery, and water. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes, beans, basil and red pepper, simmer 5 minutes. Add pasta, parsley, spinach and shoyu. Simmer 5 minutes.
