Quick Black Soy Bean Salsa

Ingredients

1 cup Eden Organic Black Soybeans, 1 can drained
1 cup Eden Organic Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilies, drained
1/2 cup red onion, minced
3 Tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
1/2 cup fresh coriander, minced
    or fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 Tablespoons green onion, chopped

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Taste, and add extra lime juice and shoyu, if desired. Great served with Eden Brown Rice Chips, Sea Vegetable Chips, Vegetable Chips or Wasabi Chips.
