Spaghetti Salad

Spaghetti Salad


7 ounces Eden Kamut Spaghetti, 1/2 package
or Eden 100% Whole Grain Spaghetti

15 ounces Eden Navy Beans, drained

14 1/2 ounces Eden Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilies, drained

1/4 cup green onion, chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
or fresh parsley

1 medium red bell pepper, chopped

1 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 tsp ground cumin

1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce


Break spaghetti into small pieces, and cook as package directs. Rinse and drain. Place in a bowl, add all remaining ingredients, mix well and serve.
