Sweet Dried Daikon for Sushi

Sweet Dried Daikon for Sushi

Ingredients

1/3 cup Eden Dried Daikon Radish, rinsed

1 cup water

1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp organic maple syrup

(Add All Eden Ingredients to Shopping Cart)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a sauce pan, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze the daikon to remove excess liquid and sodium. It is now ready to use in making rice, noodle or vegetable sushi.
