Miso Soup- Five Minute

Serves 1 | Prep Time 2 minutes | Cook Time 3 minutes

Miso Soup- Five Minute


1 cup water

1 1/2 tsp Eden Genmai Miso, or to taste

1/2 tsp Eden Wakame Flakes

1 Tbsp scallions, finely chopped


Place water and wakame in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to low. Puree the miso with 2 teaspoons water. Add the miso and scallions. Simmer 2 minutes, and serve.

Any Eden Miso can be substituted for Genmai Miso.
