Miso Soup- Five Minute

Cook Time 3 minutes
Place water and wakame in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to low. Puree the miso with 2 teaspoons water. Add the miso and scallions. Simmer 2 minutes, and serve.
Any Eden Organic Miso can be substituted for Genmai Miso.
