Miso Scallion Spread

Miso Scallion Spread


1 cup scallions, finely chopped

1 tsp Eden Genmai Miso, pureed in 1 T. cold water

1/4 cup water

2 tsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the scallions for 2 minutes. Add the miso pureé and water. Mix, cover and simmer for 5 minutes over a low flame. Spread on Eden Brown Rice Crackers, whole grain bread or use as a condiment with cooked organic grains or any Eden Pasta.
